Seven years ago, I found a passion for wellness and recovery when taking a Pilates class to help lingering back issues. I became a Pilates teacher and stepped away from a twenty year career in engineering. I started my own private Pilates studio in 2020. I now have the opportunity to help clients at Body Techs with my passion and knowledge of wellness as a Cryo Technician. I want to ensure our clients feel their best, inside and out.

I live in Lakeville with my family, including two dogs. I enjoy cooking, board games, eating, puzzles and video games.
