I'm Dr. Derek, hailing from Litchfield, MN, where my journey began as a multi-sport athlete. This passion for sports propelled me through my academic and wrestling career at Minnesota State University Moorhead, earning a degree in Exercise Science, with a focus on strength, wellness, and coaching.

My adventure continued at NWHSU, where I specialized in Sports Chiropractic & Rehabilitation. Here, I embraced a movement-based approach to help everyone from elite athletes to weekend warriors improve their performance and health.
